Answer: If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, (PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE AND SEND TO Purplandprosper@gmail.com) I will need photo evidence to submit to the shipping provider. Once received, I will gladly send out a replacement. 
However, if you are not 100% pleased with the product, please notify me and I will be happy to honor an exchange with an item more fitting. Buyer has 30 days from the date of receipt to submit an exchange.

Answer: Yes, you can use the Good Flora Soak at any point of your cycle.

Answer: All PurpL & Prosper products are considered safe during pregnancy. However, I always recommend double checking ingredients with your primary practitioner. We offer full disclosure to ingredients on the website.
